It takes about three hours to drive from Sydney or Canberra. The white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters are well-known and loved by all who visit. Recently a young adult southern brown bandicoot was discovered while eastern quolls have also reappeared. The Bar-B-Ques were clean and efficient as well as the tables and nearby toilets.

It has a landscape of high cliffs overlooking white sand beaches and crystal-clear ocean waters that is home to a precious fauna and flora, including many birds. After getting connected on GAFFL, when you and your tour mate split costs for rental car and lodging, you are not paying for anything extra and on top of that by sharing costs, the overall cost per person goes down significantly. Visiting these communities and spending tourism dollars is a great way to help. Activities include bush tucker walks, campfire yarns, and Koori games for kids.
