ARDS CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU Reg. CABs provide debt advice , as well as advice on employment, housing, benefits, tax credits and immigration issues. In accordance with Government policy, which is based on official public health advice , the Department of Foreign Affairs continues to advise against non-essential travel overseas (including to Great Britain but not to Northern Ireland ), other than to countries on the ‘green list’ where the ‘normal precautions’ security status rating. Our team has over 2years experience in delivering advice and challenging policies on a wide range of issues. Specialist information and advice on areas including consumer issues, employment legislation, social security benefits, money advice , health, housing rights and other matters.


A network of charities across Northern Ireland will have to rebrand after their Belfast regional headquarters went into administration. Advice is free, impartial, confidential and independent. We provide free, independent support and advice for all consumers and businesses in Northern Ireland. We also have powers to investigate complaints about energy, water, transport and postal services and undertake research to understand local consumer issues. We can only provide advice on tenancies in Northern Ireland.
