If you have fees, spell them out in your Terms and Conditions so your users know what to expect. Although you will need a separate Privacy Policy, you can include a short clause about privacy in your Terms and Conditions and link your full Policy to it.

This is usually a simple statement like this one from Globe Auction : This clause briefly discloses that users consent to the use of their personal information during registration and auction participation. They also state that personal information would be divulged to a seller if a bidder buys an item. This short clause is enough to let users know that their personal information is being used and that they should check out the full Privacy Policy for more details.

This will help to prevent disputes with users in the event that you need to edit or delete abusive, illegal, or otherwise prohibited user content.

This clause will likely be all you need to put a stop to user disputes regarding changed or deleted content. This is another way to safeguard your company against user complaints.
